Jewelry can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day at own expense. Our Customer Care will assess the request (based on return eligibility).
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

2. Prepare your return parcel including:

All original packaging and product

Filled-in return form which you received from our Customer Service.

Return using your preferred parcel service.
Once your item is received, please allow us 10 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Bear in mind that we do not refund the shipping costs of your original order.-
